Jim Wilmoth began his career in the United States Air Force, serving as an air traffic controller during Operation Desert Storm — a role that demands precision and leaves no margin for error.
Over the three decades since, he has built a career in business operations, with the past twenty years concentrated in quality engineering and technical program management across the aerospace, defense, and enterprise telecommunications industries.
His responsibilities have included establishing the quality management system for a new aerospace manufacturing facility, achieving AS9100 certification in six months and NADCAP accreditation in eight — the fastest in the division's history; directing field testing for a U.S. Department of Defense program, with findings presented to DARPA; and overseeing enterprise technology contracts exceeding seven million dollars annually for clients including AT&T and DirecTV. In June 2025, he left his corporate role to devote his full attention to Pro AI Solutions.
